Is the $99/mo fee really flat — no hidden add-ons?
Yes. The monthly fee covers everything listed in the package. The only costs passed through to you are actual repair invoices from contractors — at cost, with no markup.
Is tenant placement included in monthly packages?
Yes — the first placement is included with Manage and Elevate. Subsequent turnovers are also included as long as your property is on an active monthly plan. For Find (one-time), the $699 fee covers one placement.
Can I mix à la carte services with a package?
Yes. For example, you can be on the Manage plan and add a one-time legal notice when needed. À la carte services stack on top of any package.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. If your needs change — you add a second property, or want to upgrade to Elevate — we adjust at the next billing cycle. No penalty, no restart fee.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
None. We onboard your property, introduce ourselves to your tenant, and set up your trust account at no extra cost.
